For aiming towards a rewarding career, calculated and deliberative planning is a must and participating in internships is an important step in the right direction. Having an internship gives you experience in the career field you want to pursue. Not only will this provide you with an edge over other candidates when applying for jobs or higher studies, but it also prepares an individual for what to expect in their field and increases confidence in their work.
Most of the organizations and jobs that you may apply to the following graduation, want employees to have some sort of professional experience, even for entry-level jobs. In the event that you are a finalist for a position, having an internship experience on your resume before leaving college will give you a leg up on the competition.
The Andragogy forum will provide undergraduate and the graduate students abundant opportunities to work online as well as on-ground internships throughout the year. The aim is to provide multidisciplinary internships especially online in the areas of:
Besides these, students will also be offered on ground internships with the opportunity to work with various companies, organizations and NGO.
These internships will be provided for a duration of 30 days, after the successful completion of which the student will receive the certificate of completion by the organization.
Depending upon the performance of the students, best intern will be selected every month and they will be rewarded with a certificate of appreciation.
